Today’s corporation business model is broken because:
- 67% of workers are actively unhappy with their jobs
- The current organizational structure cannot adapt as fast as the world is changing
- In a top-down system, innovation is being smothered
- Mistrust between the general public and corporate entities is at an all-time high
- Today’s corporations would knowingly endanger the health of the planet, the lives of their customers and the general public in exchange for profit
- Workforce driven, coerced, and manipulated by a system of punishments and rewards, leaves very little room for ingenuity, cooperation, honesty, or respect. That is, our humanity
- The current business model focuses on goals, and thus acts as if the ends can justify the means

So we need to craft a new paradigm that allow us to work together, to be happy doing what we do to earn a living, to take the best from us and our team work-teams, and to build companies founded on values. This model sounds like a good option for that. Thanks to maravilla for shering it!!
